The practice was founded in 1996 by Directors, Perry Bayliss and Dennis Ware. Having come from a national practice background, the Directors set out with the intention of operating national practice standards in customer care and advice in an approachable and personal environment.

Perry Bayliss is an Oxford graduate who trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a prominent international practice. After qualifying he gained experience from a range of other practices and industry. Perry has also lectured in tax and accounting for a major professional training company. In addition to a well rounded knowledge of business, accounting and taxation, Perry heads the firms audit service. For Perry, it is the ultimate compliment to be regarded by clients as an important member of their team.

Dennis Ware’s career has focused on taxation consultancy and compliance. Dennis is an experienced general practitioner with a strong tax bias. Dennis thrives on creating a close working relationship with his clients and is naturally supportive and enjoys seeking problem solving solutions. Like Perry, Dennis came from a national practice prior to the formation of Bayliss Ware.

In addition to the directors, Bayliss Ware has a young and talented team. Among our staff are qualified and part qualified members of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a qualified Accounting Technician.
